Slow Cooker Scalloped Pineapple

  • Cooking Time:

    3 hours
  • Servings:

    8

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
8 slices bread (crusts removed), cubed (optional - can leave crust on)

A friend of mine shared this with me a few years ago, when she had us over for a ham dinner, and it is so good. Slow Cooker Scalloped Pineapple is a must have side dish especially with ham and poultry.

  1. Mix together all ingredients slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High 2 hours. Reduce heat to Low and cook 1 more hour.

Serving suggestions:  Delicious served as a side dish to ham or poultry. Or as a dessert served warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
