• 4 to 5 lbs. Corned beef brisket
  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • 1 head of Cabbage (wedged)
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 3 T. Vinegar
  • 3 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 c. Water

  1. Mix everything together putting cabbage on top.
  2. Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or High 6 to 8 hours.

Variation: Can add potatoes and carrots on top of the corn beef before adding cabbage on top.
