- 4 to 5 lbs. Corned beef brisket
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 head of Cabbage (wedged)
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 3 T. Vinegar
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 2 c. Water
- Mix everything together putting cabbage on top.
- Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or High 6 to 8 hours.
Variation: Can add potatoes and carrots on top of the corn beef before adding cabbage on top.
