• 3 lbs Pork Ribs, any style
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Apple Butter
  • 1/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 T. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 T. Minced Garlic

Wait till you taste the flavor of Slow Cooker Apple Butter Ribs! YUM!

  1. Rub salt and pepper on ribs.
  2. Place onions in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  3. Put ribs on top of onions.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover. Cook on low for 7 hours.
