• 32 oz. Sauerkraut, bag, rinsed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Ring Bologna

  1. Mix sauerkraut and brown sugar in slow cooker.
  2. Remove the casing from bologna and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  3. Add bologna to sauerkraut and stir.
  4. Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve hot.
