- 2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 32 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained
- 20 oz. bottle peach-flavored iced tea
Delicious fall dinner when you prepare Slow Cooker Pork Loin Kraut Supper!
- Place apples and onion into a slow cooker.
- Set the pork loin on top, then add the sugar, sauerkraut, and iced tea.
- Cover. Cook on High 6 to 8 hours until the pork is tender.
OPTIONAL: Add some potatoes for a full meal!
