• 2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 lb. boneless pork loin
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 32 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 20 oz. bottle peach-flavored iced tea

Delicious fall dinner when you prepare Slow Cooker Pork Loin Kraut Supper!

  1. Place apples and onion into a slow cooker.
  2. Set the pork loin on top, then add the sugar, sauerkraut, and iced tea.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 6 to 8 hours until the pork is tender.

OPTIONAL: Add some potatoes for a full meal!
