• 4 pork chops (bone in is best)
  • 1 can chunk or diced pineapples with juices
  • 2 cups Apple Juice
  • 1 bottle of your favorite sweet BBQ sauce

I have had a lot of requests for pork chop recipes lately so I thought I would repost my favorite.

Optional: Brown chops in grill pan to brown/create grill marks.

  1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot.
  2. Cook on Low for 8 hours (if time pressed, can cook on High and reduce time by 4 hours).

Serve with rice and enjoy!
