• 5 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 c. green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground paprika

  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
