• 19 oz. pkg. Italian Sausage
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 26 oz. jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 5 sub buns
  • 5 slices provolone cheese

  1. In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.
  2. Transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Add peppers and onion.
  4. Top with pasta sauce.
  5. Cover. Cook on Low 4 to 6 hours until sausage is fully cooked.

Place sausage in buns; top with peppers, onions, pasta sauce and cheese.
