• 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 c. ketchup, divided
  • 1.25 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs

  1. Combine sausage, beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, soup mix, bread crumbs and eggs. When well combined, shape into loaf to fit your slow cooker.
  2. Transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.
  4. Spread remaining 1/2 cup ketchup on top of meatloaf 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Cover. Continue cooking on Low for 30 minutes.
