• 4 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 4 c. Rice Chex
  • 9.75 oz. can salted cashews
  • 1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger

  1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine noodles, cereal, cashews (or nuts of your choice) and coconut.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the butter, soy sauce, curry powder and ginger; drizzle over cereal mixture and mix well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low for 2 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
