- 8 bratwursts
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 18 oz. beer
Slow Cooker Beer Brats are so easy and perfect for a large group or on a day you need some easy crocking (like Game Day!)
- Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet; add bratwurst and brown on each side.
- With a fork, poke holes in each bratwurst and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Transfer brats to slow cooker; pour beer to cover.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
