• 4 c. frozen soy burger crumbles (from two 12-oz. pkgs.)
  • 1 onion, small finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 T. packed brown sugar
  • 2 T. white vinegar
  • 1 T. yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 16 sandwich buns, split

  1. In slow cooker, mix all ingredients EXCEPT buns.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.

NOTE: Fill each bun with 1/3 cup mixture.

Option: Some have used the veggie burger if soy is not in your diet!
