• 3 lb. Beef Stew Meat
  • 1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, sliced
  • I envelope of dry onion soup mix

  1. Put butter and beef in a 6-quart slow cooker, sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Stir meat and serve over butter noodles and garnish with parsley.
