- 1/2 Cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 Large Potato, peeled and diced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Large Onion, sliced
- 2 lb. Turkey Polska Kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces
- 16 oz. Chicken Stock
Slow Cooker Turkey Polska Kielbasa adds a wonderful flavor to this dish!
- Brown the sliced sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer to a 4-Quart slow cooker.
- Place remaining ingredients in the slow cooker, mix well.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
