- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 32 oz. Bloody Mary Mix (regular or spicy)
- 1 T. Horseradish Sauce
- 3 Stalks of Celery, finely chopped
- 3 Carrots, peeled and grated
If you want an EASY recipe, Slow Cooker Bloody Mary Chicken would be what you would want to make! Good TOO!
- Place the chicken breasts in a 4-Quart Slow Cooker.
- Place celery, carrots and horseradish on the chicken.
- Pour Bloody Mary mix over top all ingredients.
- Cover. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
