Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 green pepper
Garlic to taste, Carrie uses Garlic Garlic
10 oz. tomatoes, rotel, canned
Lime
Cilantro

Chicken Fajitas are a favorite of many crockers, so I would like to thank Carrie M. E. for her recipe of Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas!

  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and easy to shred.

OPTIONAL: You can also substitute 1 green pepper for 1/2 green and 1/2 red as pictured!

This sounds wonderful and easy! One question, is the lime and cilantro added to the crock pot or just used as a garnish?? Thanks for sharing!!
