• 3 - 4 lb. pork short ribs
  • 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce or honey Dijon mustard
  • 1 onion, large

Slow Cooker Great Barbecue Short Ribs are very TASTY!

  1. Remove excess fat and any bones from short ribs.
  2. Slice onion into 1/4 inch slices: break into rings and cover bottom of slow cooker.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce over spare ribs, spreading with your hands, to mix sauce into ribs.
  4. Place ribs on top of onions.
  5. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
