Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing

    4 hours
  • Servings:

    4-6

Ingredients

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 oz. (about 3 cups) Stuffing Mix (like Stove Top)
1/2 c. sour cream
10 1/2 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup

Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing is a comfort meal, and so easy and simple to make…. Oh and tasty too!

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over chicken.
  3. Combine sour cream and soup together and pour over chicken and stuffing.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low for 4 hours.
  5. Fluff all ingredients and serve.

Made this the other night and it was delicious! My husband hates sour cream and after dinner he says hunny that was good can we have it alteast once a week!

Hi I’d love to try this recipe but I don’t have a cream of chicken soup, what can I substitute for it? Milk? Or homemade plain yogurt? I also have chicken bouillon cubes.

I cut up the chicken pieces into bite size! I added sauté mushrooms, celery and onions. YUM, YUM, YUM!
