• 1.5 c. Steel-Cut Oats
  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 c. Strawberries, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/8 c. Pure Maple Syrup
  • Zest from 1/2 Lemon

Slow Cooker Strawberry Lemonade Oatmeal is so easy to prep, and great to wake up to in the morning.

  1. Combine water, oats, strawberries and lemon juice in a 4-Quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
  3. Stir well and mash berries if needed.
  4. Serve in individual bowls topped with syrup and lemon zest.
