I have just recently learned that I have the H-pylori bacteria (which 50-75% of people have, it just doesn’t always show itself… mine was a bleeding ulcer) Some of the websites I have read have suggested a diet free of gluten, coffee and soy… Plus there are so many people that are gluten intolerant… Have you guys thought of doing a Gluten free category? Thanks
Heather, I have thought about gluten-free recipes as you can see, and will post them from time to time, but after talking with others that make recipes gluten-free, they say they can usually change them to make them gluten-free. Please check back, as I will continue to post them from time to time. Happy Crocking!
I agree that a gluten-free category would be helpful for those of us with gluten intolerances to find things that we can crock easily and quickly. Although we are capable of altering many recipes to be gluten-free it would be a great addition here to have a tab we can quickly click to bring us a handful of trusted gluten-free recipes.
Is cottage cheese really the only cheese used in this recipe? The picture looks like it has shredded mozzarella sprinkled on it
Julie I do add cheese to the top of the #recipe, but it is not a must, as some people may not like the cheese. Happy Crocking and thank you for the question.
