• 16 oz. Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 c. Milk
  • 2 c. Half & Half
  • 3 T. Unsalted Butter
  • Zest of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 T. Minced Onion
  • Dash of Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
  • 2 T. Sherry

If you love cream soups, Slow Cooker Easy Cream of Crab Soup will be at the top of your list.  It’s delicious and rich – plus super easy to make.  What could be better?

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT sherry in a 6-Quart Slow Cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, stir in sherry.  Serve with saltine crackers, if desired.
