- 2 full racks Country-Style Ribs
- 2 T. Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 oz. beef broth
- 8 oz. Organic Ketchup
- 1 T. mustard
- 2 T. Chili powder
- 1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
- Dash coconut palm sugar

- In a sauce pan, heat coconut oil. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Add minced garlic cloves. Then add broth, ketchup, then rest of spices and ingredients. Simmer 10 min.
- Place pork ribs in crock, fat side up, bone side down. Pour sauce over ribs. If you are using grocery-bought sauce instead, use about 1 cup.
- Cover and crock on LOW 6 -8 hours.
Note: Ribs are done when they start to fall from the bone.
