This looks great, but I don’t seem to see how much rice wine vinegar to use. Could you please clarify? Thank you!

This looks amazing. Let me tell you about an alternative to soy sauce that is gluten and sodium free and tastes EXACTLY the same. It is called Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. It is made from soy beans with liquid amino acids added but tastes exactly the same as soy sauce without any gluten or sodium. I use it in all types of things.

Step 5 says add rice wine vinegar but the amount to use is not listed in the ingredients. How much rice wine vinegar am I suppose to use?

Then why does it say to add rice wine vinegar but not listed in the ingredients? Are the only things I’m adding in step 5 are the saki and soy sauce? Just want to make sure I do it right.

How do I stand the ribs up?

Well, they were delicious! But they did not look anything like your photo which shows them as being browned or glazed. There is nothing to make them that color. They are pale and very ugly – but yummy 🙂
