Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

  • Cooking Time:

    6 hours on Low or 3 hours on High
  • Servings:

    8

Ingredients

4 c. milk (any variety)
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. small pearl tapioca (not instant)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten

This Gluten-Free dessert is sure to conjure up warm childhood memories.  Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding is a delicious and simple comfort food.

  1. Beat eggs then add to the milk, sugar, vanilla, and tapioca.
  2. Cover and crock on HIGH 3 hours, or on LOW for 6 hours.
  3. Make sure to stir often while cooking.

Serve warm and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

For the crock pot Tapioca there is salt in Direction but not ingredients. Please advise.

do you have a recipe for rice pudding, I cannot make over rice pud like my mother used to make, so thought I could try in crock pot, hers was always so creamy and yummy. thanks for your great suggestions, I am going to make tapioca pud today

The Tapioca is it the measurement using the pre soaked tapioca, or is it raw straight from the bag.

Absolutely have no idea how much 160 gms is…PLEASE use standard measurements…like 1/2 cup…etc.
