1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained (8.5 oz. jar)
1 oz. Vegetable Dip mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Every time I make Slow Cooker Creamy Crab Dip, my friends lick the crock clean. Thats when you know your appetizer was a hit!

  1. Combine all ingredients in small crock.
  2. Stir occasionally!

  4. Stir well before serving. Serve with melba toast, buttery crackers, or saltines.

Do you cut up the artichoke hearts? And please be more specific when you say vegetable dip mix. Are you talking hidden valley ranch mix? I am just not sure what you mean by that.

I’m preggo with serious gall bladder issues. I’ve had to switch to a mostly fat free diet. Do you think this would taste good with fat free cream cheese and sour cream?

I’m going to make this tomorrow! Can imitation crab be used? I know the canned crab can get a little spendy and I already have some of the imitation crab in my freezer! Thanks!

For the crab dip, can I use my only size crock, a 4 1/2 qt.??? Then transfer to a pyrex server. Also, since I have one that size, can I double the recipe without any problems???
