- 7 c. potatoes
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 T. garlic powder
- 2 T. Italian Seasoning
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
This is a delicious new twist for Fries! Slow Cooker Healthier Red Robin Fries will make your kids the envy of all their friends!
- Wash potatoes, and slice into wedges. Personal preference – if you want to leave skins on or off, your choice.
- Transfer the potatoes wedges to the slow cooker.
- Pour in olive oil, sprinkle in seasonings and toss to coat.
- Cover and Crock on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours, until soft in the center of the fry.
- Stir hourly.
NOTE: Healthier than fried potatoes, and a nice alternative to french fries while still enjoying the great seasoning of Red Robin fries.
