• 7 c. potatoes
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • Seasonings:
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 2 T. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

This is a delicious new twist for Fries! Slow Cooker Healthier Red Robin Fries will make your kids the envy of all their friends!

  1. Wash potatoes, and slice into wedges.  Personal preference – if you want to leave skins on or off, your choice.
  2. Transfer the potatoes wedges to the slow cooker.
  3.  

  4. Pour in olive oil, sprinkle in seasonings and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and Crock on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours, until soft in the center of the fry.
  6. Stir hourly.

NOTE: Healthier than fried potatoes, and a nice alternative to french fries while still enjoying the great seasoning of Red Robin fries.
