This week I’m featuring several Thanksgiving menus in case you want to change things up this year at your home.  I started off with something simple and traditional – Turkey and all the trimmings.  Next I would like to highlight some Paleo and healthier dishes for those who are a little more health-conscious.  See below for healthier recipes that you can make exclusively in your slow cooker.  You can even prepare AND serve your dishes in these new connectable entertaining slow cookers from Crock-Pot.  (I’m in love with the copper color!)
