- 5 c. water
- 2 c. brown rice
- 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
For those busy days you may want to make Slow Cooker Brown Rice to have it ready for your meal. So delicious and moist!
- Combine all the ingredients in slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover. Cook on High for 2 – 3 hours WITHOUT removing the lid.
NOTE: Look through lid to see if the water is absorbed enough.
