• 5 c. water
  • 2 c. brown rice
  • 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)

For those busy days you may want to make Slow Cooker Brown Rice to have it ready for your meal. So delicious and moist!

  1. Combine all the ingredients in slow cooker. Stir.
  2. Cover. Cook on High for 2 – 3 hours WITHOUT removing the lid.

NOTE: Look through lid to see if the water is absorbed enough.

Taste Test: Adjust your cooking time to suit your taste.
