- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- Garlic to taste, Carrie uses Garlic Garlic
- 10 oz. tomatoes, rotel, canned
Chicken Fajitas are a favorite of many crockers, so I would like to thank Carrie M. E. for her recipe of Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas!
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and easy to shred.
OPTIONAL: You can also substitute 1 green pepper for 1/2 green and 1/2 red as pictured!
