Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

3 chick­en breasts
1 onion
1 green pep­per
Gar­lic to taste, Car­rie uses Gar­lic Gar­lic
10 oz. toma­toes, rotel, canned
Lime
Cilantro

Chick­en Faji­tas are a favorite of many crock­ers, so I would like to thank Car­rie M. E. for her recipe of Slow Cook­er Chick­en Faji­tas!

  1. Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in the slow cook­er.
  2. Cov­er. Cook on Low for 4–5 hours or until chick­en is ten­der and easy to shred.

OPTIONAL: You can also sub­sti­tute 1 green pep­per for 1/2 green and 1/2 red as pic­tured!
