Slow Cooker Cola Pork Roast

  • Cooking Time:

    4-5 hours on High, 8-10 hours on Low
  • Servings:

    6

Ingredients

3 lb. pork shoulder butt
12 oz. can or Cola
10 3/4 oz. soup, cream of mushroom
1 1/4 oz. onion soup mix, dry, pkg.



Slow Cooker Cola Pork Roast is so simple, and OH SO DELICIOUS! You will have this recipe in your menu rotation, I promise! Enjoy!

  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. Mix dry soup mix with soup and cola to pour over roast.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
  4. To make the gravy, dip some of the juice from the slow cooker, adding cornstarch mixing until smooth. Pour back in the slow cooker and mix until desired thickness for a wonderful gravy.

I make something similar with chicken and add onion, carrots, and any left overs. I will make it with pork and cider x

I made this using a boneless pork loin. Everything else was the same. I must admit I was a little put off by the looks of the soups and cola when mixed, but the results were fantastic. I served it over steamed brown rice with green beans as a side.
