  • 1 bag diced ham
  • 1 bag cheese, shredded, sharp
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 milk, evaporated, small can
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Dot, butter

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours or overnight.
