- 1 bag of frozen, shredded hashbrowns
- 1 bag diced ham
- 1 bag cheese, shredded, sharp
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 milk, evaporated, small can
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Dot, butter

- Combine all ingredients and place in the slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours or overnight.
