Ingredients1 bag of frozen, shredded hashbrowns
1 bag diced ham
1 bag cheese, shredded, sharp
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 milk, evaporated, small can
8 oz. sour cream

- Combine all ingredients and place in the slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours or overnight.
