Cooking Time:10-12 hours on Low, or 6-8 hours on High
Ingredients4 to 5 lbs. Corned beef brisket
2 Onions (sliced)
1 head of Cabbage (wedged)
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 T. Vinegar
3 tsp. Sugar
2 c. Water
- Mix everything together putting cabbage on top.
- Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or High 6 to 8 hours.
Variation: Can add potatoes and carrots on top of the corn beef before adding cabbage on top.
