Slow Cooker Chili


Chili is one of those dishes that tastes better the longer it simmers – perfect for a slow cooker!

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place ground turkey or beef in the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook meat until browned.
  3. Drain meat in a colander or on a paper towel. Transfer to slow cooker.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT cheese.
  5. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 hours, or on High 5 hours.

Garnish individual servings with cheese.
