**Slow Cooker Tapioca Salad

Slow Cooker Tapioca Salad

  • Cooking Time:

    3 hours
  • Servings:

    10-12

Ingredients

10 T. large pearl tapioca
1/2 c. sugar to taste, dash of salt
4 c. water
1 c. grapes
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream

 

  1. Mix togeth­er tapi­o­ca, sug­ar, salt, and water in slow cook­er.
  2. Cov­er. Cook on High 3 hours, or until tapi­o­ca pearls are almost translu­cent.
  3. Once cool, refrig­er­ate thor­ough­ly.
  4. Stir in remain­ing ingre­di­ents. Serve Cold.
