Slow Cooker Sloppy Veggie Joes

  • Cooking Time:

    4–6 hours
  • Servings:



4 c. frozen soy burg­er crum­bles (from two 12-oz. pkgs.)
1 onion, small fine­ly chopped
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. packed brown sug­ar
2 T. white vine­gar
1 T. yel­low mus­tard
1/2 tsp. pep­per
1/4 tsp. salt
16 sand­wich buns, split


  1. In slow cook­er, mix all ingre­di­ents EXCEPT buns.
  2. Cov­er. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.

NOTE: Fill each bun with 1/3 cup mix­ture.

Option: Some have used the veg­gie burg­er if soy is not in your diet!
