Cooking Time:4-6 hours
Ingredients4 c. frozen soy burger crumbles (from two 12-oz. pkgs.)
1 onion, small finely chopped
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. packed brown sugar
2 T. white vinegar
1 T. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
16 sandwich buns, split
- In slow cooker, mix all ingredients EXCEPT buns.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
NOTE: Fill each bun with 1/3 cup mixture.
Option: Some have used the veggie burger if soy is not in your diet!
