2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced or chopped tomatoes
15.25 oz. corn, canned
15.5 oz. Kidney Beans
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
1 packet taco seasoning

  1. Brown Ground Beef adding taco seasoning after browned. (follow directions of taco season).
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low until done, or High until done. (Time depends on crock pot, only has to cook until ingredients are hot through)

Options: You can put cheese, & sour cream on top. Frito Scoops work great!
