Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Pot Roast

 

  1. Place beef roast in a 6-Quart slow cooker and pour the entire jar of pepperoncinis, including the juice over top.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove meat and shred. Return to the slow cooker and serve with rolls.Happy Crocking!
