If you are like me, I get tired of the same-old-same-old appetizers at parties!  Change things up by surprising party-goers with this interesting recipe for Slow Cooker Gin-Marinated Olives.

  1. Arrange olives along the bottom of crock, ideally in one single layer.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to crock, EXCEPT feta cheese.
  3. Cover and crock on HIGH 1-2 hours.
  4. Turn crock to WARM setting, remove peppers and thyme sprigs and discard.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta over olives just prior to serving.

NOTE:  Try orange peel in lieu of jalapeños if you desire a more mild flavor.
Happy Crocking!
