- 3-5 lbs. pork (may use smoked pork shoulder)
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 2 apples, peel & cut up in pieces
- 2 T. chutney or 1 c. dried fruit (mixed)
- 1 c. apple cider or apple juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt & pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients together in crock pot.
2. Cover. Cook on High for 4 or 5 hours.
3. Thicken gravy.
4. Remove bay leaf.
5. Slice meat and serve.
