• 3-5 lbs. pork (may use smoked pork shoulder)
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, peel & cut up in pieces
  • 2 T. chutney or 1 c. dried fruit (mixed)
  • 1 c. apple cider or apple juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients together in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High for 4 or 5 hours.
  3. Thicken gravy.
  4. Remove bay leaf.

Slice meat and serve.
