- 4 lb. venison, rump roast
- 2 - 12 oz. beer, canned or bottled
- 16 oz. pepperoncini, jar

- Remove all gristle and fat from venison; place in the slow cooker.
- Pour in enough beer to cover roast. Cover with pepperoncinis.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or until meat is tender and falling apart.
