• 4 lb. venison, rump roast
  • 2 - 12 oz. beer, canned or bottled
  • 16 oz. pepperoncini, jar

Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Venison Roast is super easy and so tender! A meal you will certainly remember!

  1. Remove all gristle and fat from venison; place in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in enough beer to cover roast. Cover with pepperoncinis.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or until meat is tender and falling apart.
