- 3 - 4 lb. pork short ribs
- 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce or honey Dijon mustard
- 1 onion, large
Slow Cooker Great Barbecue Short Ribs are very TASTY!
- Remove excess fat and any bones from short ribs.
- Slice onion into 1/4 inch slices: break into rings and cover bottom of slow cooker.
- Pour barbecue sauce over spare ribs, spreading with your hands, to mix sauce into ribs.
- Place ribs on top of onions.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
