• 2 lb. chicken, skinless, boneless breasts (8 breasts, 4 oz. ea)
  • 1 bottle or can of your favorite beer
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 T. oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper, black

A friend of mine shared Slow Cooker Beer Chicken with me, as she got it from a Weight Watchers recipe, and it is delicious!

  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hour or High for 4-5 hours.

NOTE: Change out the spices and herbs with spices of your choice.

Optional: Can shred and add your favorite BBQ Sauce to make sandwiches too (Drain off liquid when adding BBQ Sauce)!
