- 4-6 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1 c. salad dressing, Catalina
- 1 dried onion soup mix
- 1 c. apricot jam or preserves
Slow Cooker Catalina Apricot Chicken is wonderful for a week day meal served over rice with a fresh green salad.
- Place chicken in a greased 3 1/2 – 5 quart slow cooker.
- Combine salad dressing, onion soup mix and preserves.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
- DO NOT cook on High setting.
