• 4-6 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 c. salad dressing, Catalina
  • 1 dried onion soup mix
  • 1 c. apricot jam or preserves

Slow Cooker Catalina Apricot Chicken is wonderful for a week day meal served over rice with a fresh green salad.

  1. Place chicken in a greased 3 1/2 – 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine salad dressing, onion soup mix and preserves.
  3. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
  5. DO NOT cook on High setting.
