• 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 c. Orange Juice
  • Juice of One Lime
  • 1 T. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 4 oz. Mild Green Chilis
  • 1 T. Minced Garlic
  • 2 oz. Tequila

I love Slow Cooker Tequila Lime Chicken! It has a unique blend of flavors and is super yummy served with a fluffy Spanish rice. Not a tequila drinker? Buy a mini bottle (like the size they serve on airplanes) instead of splurging for a whole bottle of tequila.

  1. Place chicken in a 4-Quart Slow Cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and place over top chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 Hours.

NOTE: To make this a FREEZER Meal, simply place all ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal well and freeze until ready to use! Dump ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 Hours.
