- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- Juice of One Lime
- 1 T. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 4 oz. Mild Green Chilis
- 1 T. Minced Garlic
- 2 oz. Tequila
I love Slow Cooker Tequila Lime Chicken! It has a unique blend of flavors and is super yummy served with a fluffy Spanish rice. Not a tequila drinker? Buy a mini bottle (like the size they serve on airplanes) instead of splurging for a whole bottle of tequila.
- Place chicken in a 4-Quart Slow Cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and place over top chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 Hours.
NOTE: To make this a FREEZER Meal, simply place all ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal well and freeze until ready to use! Dump ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 Hours.
