Slow Cooker Taco Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
2 pkgs. taco sea­son­ing mix
16 oz. toma­toes with green chilies, undrained
16 oz. kid­ney beans or black beans, canned, undrained
16 oz. corn, canned, undrained
1 can black olives, chopped or sliced
1 onion, medi­um, chopped
1/2 bell pep­per, chopped
4 tomatil­los (option­al), chopped

When it comes to Slow Cook­er Taco Soup this is one of the very best! So So… YUMMY!

  1. Place every­thing in a large slow cook­er, add water, if nec­es­sary, to fill.
  2. Cov­er. Cook on Low for 5 or more hours until fla­vors are blend­ed.
  3. Top each bowl with a hand­ful of sred­ded ched­dar cheese.

Serve with sour cream, taco chips and sal­sa on the side. Gua­camole is good too!

NOTE: Great with black beans too!

was won­der­ing with this recipe if we cook it on low or high? i was think­ing low so it dont burn but was­nt sure thanks


How much does this make and what size crock pot did you use for it? Mine is 1.5 qrt, just my boyfriend and I, just won­der­ing if I should cut down amounts.


Instead of Taco Soup it print­ed out Vij­gen smooth­ie met haver­mout in anoth­er lan­guage.
