Slow Cooker Easy Flank Steak

  • Cooking Time:

    5–6 hours
  • Servings:

    4

Ingredients

1/2 c. ketchup
3 T.. Worces­ter­shire sauce
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
Gar­lic pow­der or fresh gar­lic (1 clove or 1 tsp.)
Flank steak, cut into serv­ing sizes


 

  1. Place all ingre­di­ents in a con­tain­er and refrig­er­ate overnight. (Impor­tant to ten­der­ize the flank steak!)
  2. Place all ingre­di­ents (includ­ing mari­nade) in a 5-Quart slow cook­er.
  3. Cov­er. Cook on High for 5 hours.
  4. Remove from slow cook­er and allow to sit for 15 min­utes.
  5. Slice, against the grain and serve imme­di­ate­ly.

ON Pin­ter­est it shows onions on this recipe… is that miss­ing on the ingre­di­ents or some­one else saved a dif­fer­ent pic maybe?

I buy my flank steak much thin­ner — I guess I could just take a wing at it.. and see how it goes. Tired of only mak­ing Ropa Vie­ja — with the flank steak.
