First I just want to say Thanks, I love all the wonderful recipes. I have a couple questions. One, do you put the meat in raw? Next, how do you keep it from becoming greasing tasting? Even with it being ground round there is bound to be some grease from the meat?

I’m from England and there’s some ingredince „
We can’t get here so could you tell me what else
I can use instead of Mrs dash seasoning ?? And what is it ? Thank you
